- Appraisals are a guide to pricing a property based on the estimate of a real estate agent. Appraisals are not definitive and do not have legal standing, but they do offer a cost-effective solution for people who want to get a better feel of the market before they sell. This is a service that Realmark provides.
- Valuations can only be performed by a qualified valuer, as they are more complex than appraisals. Valuations are legally admissible, and often used when a property issue is in dispute before the Courts.
